Pillar 03

Project planning, execution simulation and cost control

Time, resources and cost in one view.

Choose the path closest to your need, and explore when you need each service, its scope, what you receive and how we deliver it.

Bid and project workforce readiness

Bids are won on numbers and lost on assumptions.

When do you need it?

A bid deadline is close, and workforce cost is still a percentage guess.

What is the scope?

A resource-cost model for one bid and up to forty role titles, with the mobilisation curve and a risk-assumption register you can defend to the client.

What do you receive?

  • Resource-cost model
  • Mobilisation curve
  • Risk-assumption register

How do we deliver it?

We review the bid requirements and roles, document a cost assumption for every title, then draw the mobilisation curve and review the risk register before submission.

Execution planning and scenario simulation

Find the bottleneck before it finds you.

When do you need it?

An announced opening date, with several contractors and suppliers working in parallel.

What is the scope?

A simulation of three scenarios for one project: critical dependencies, resource and cost bottlenecks, and the decisions required and when.

What do you receive?

  • Critical dependency map
  • Resource and cost bottleneck analysis
  • Scenario comparison
  • Decision schedule

How do we deliver it?

We collect schedules and dependencies, build the simulation model and run the three scenarios, then hand over the decision and escalation log.

Project mobilisation

You won the project. Now the readiness test begins.

When do you need it?

The contract is signed, and the team must reach site within weeks.

What is the scope?

For one project we set up time-phased staffing mobilisation plans, mobilisation priorities by need and a weekly tracker, then follow up until the team is complete.

What do you receive?

  • Time-phased staffing mobilisation plans
  • Mobilisation priorities by need
  • Weekly tracker

How do we deliver it?

We build the time-phased mobilisation plans, rank priorities by need, then launch the weekly tracker and follow up until the team is complete.

Workforce governance office

Approved is one thing. Actual is another.

When do you need it?

Nobody knows precisely how many people work against plan, or where cost is heading.

What is the scope?

An office that compares approved versus actual for three projects and five hundred employee records, tracks headcount, forecasts cost and logs every change.

What do you receive?

  • Approved-versus-actual report
  • Headcount tracker
  • Cost forecast
  • Change log
  • Monthly decision memo

How do we deliver it?

We link records to the approved budget, launch the approved-versus-actual view and cost forecast, then bring monthly decisions to leadership in a regular meeting.

Delivery and change leadership

A good plan needs someone to carry it week by week.

When do you need it?

An approved transformation programme, with teams absorbed by daily work.

What is the scope?

We lead one programme with up to three workstreams on a part-time basis (8–12 delivery days a month), with action owners, dependency tracking and adoption measurement.

What do you receive?

  • Action and owner log
  • Dependency tracker
  • Monthly adoption report
  • Training handover pack

How do we deliver it?

We set the delivery plan and name the owners, run a weekly follow-up cadence, then measure adoption and hand over to your team with training.
