Project mobilisation

You won the project. Now the readiness test begins.

Scope
One project, up to 50 role titles and 100 planned joins tracked monthly
Indicative timing
4–6 week setup, then monthly follow-up
Progress measure
Every planned join visible weekly with owner and date

Who it is for: Project director or project HR lead

Illustrative scenario

The contract is signed and the countdown has started. Within weeks, a hundred people must reach site with approvals, visas and the right sequence, while HR still tracks requests through scattered messages. Every day of delay strains the client relationship. In a four-to-six-week setup we establish the staffing deployment schedule, mobilisation priorities, an approvals pathway and a weekly tracker, then follow up monthly for up to one hundred planned joins. Our target is that every planned join is visible weekly with an owner and a date.

Workflow

  1. Staffing deployment schedule (SDS)

  2. Mobilisation priorities and approvals

  3. Weekly tracker launch

  4. Monthly follow-up and reporting

Out of scope

  • Actual search fees
  • Visas and government fees
  • Salaries and labour supply
