Execution planning and scenario simulation
Find the bottleneck before it finds you.
- Scope
- One project, 3 scenarios
- Indicative timing
- 4–6 weeks
- Progress measure
- A defined escalation decision for every key bottleneck
Who it is for: Developer, project owner or programme director
Illustrative scenario
A hospitality developer has announced an opening date, with several contractors and suppliers working in parallel. Each party has its own schedule, yet nobody has seen how dependencies, resources and costs collide when one link slips. We simulate three scenarios for one project: critical dependencies, resource and cost bottlenecks, and the decisions that must be made and when. This is not a certified engineering programme; it is a management decision tool. Our target is that leadership knows the key bottlenecks, and the escalation decision attached to each, before they occur.
Workflow
Collect schedules and dependencies
Build simulation model
Run 3 scenarios
Decision and escalation log
Out of scope
- Certified engineering programme
- Scheduling software licences
- Day-to-day project management
May require PMO partner support, subject to scope confirmation.
