Pillar 01

Business foundation and organisational development

Clear foundations for sustainable growth.

Choose the path closest to your need, and explore when you need each service, its scope, what you receive and how we deliver it.

Complete company establishment

From commercial registration to your first project, complete set-up in one path.

When do you need it?

A new company, an entity entering Saudi Arabia, or a business preparing for major projects.

What is the scope?

We establish the whole company: entity type, commercial registration and the activities that fit your work today and your growth tomorrow, zakat and tax registration, premises, licences and extra-low-voltage (ELV) systems, the employee file and contracts, and registration on every government platform a company working on major projects needs.

What do you receive?

  • Commercial registration
  • Zakat and tax registrations
  • Licensed premises with ELV systems
  • Qiwa and GOSI company file
  • Employment contracts and work rules
  • Compliance and renewals calendar

How do we deliver it?

We start with a session to choose the entity type and activities, then complete the set-up station by station across the government platforms, and hand over a company ready to operate and compete, with a calendar that keeps every renewal on time.

Choose what you need from the set-up

  • Entity and registration
  • Zakat and tax
  • Premises and safety

Market-entry operational readiness

The expansion decision is only the beginning.

When do you need it?

The decision to enter Saudi Arabia is made, but operations are not yet planned.

What is the scope?

We turn the entry decision into a twelve-month operating plan for one entity and one activity, with the year-one structure, people budget and an owned dependency map.

What do you receive?

  • 12-month operating plan
  • Year-one organisation chart
  • Year-one people budget
  • Dependency and owner register

How do we deliver it?

We interview leadership and frame the ambition, analyse operating dependencies, then design the structure and people budget and sign off the twelve-month plan in a workshop with your team.

The scope of recruitment, overseas recruitment, outsourcing and legal-service activities is defined against applicable licences and professional competences before contracting. Regulated work is carried out by licensed parties within their authority; this offer does not confirm that Haykala holds a licence for these activities, nor does it guarantee that approvals will be issued.

Business diagnostic

When everyone works hard and results still don't move.

When do you need it?

The team works hard, yet decisions stall and results don't move.

What is the scope?

A focused diagnostic through eight interviews across three functions and a review of processes and documents, turning a general unease into gaps ranked by impact and effort.

What do you receive?

  • Gap map by impact and effort
  • 90-day roadmap
  • Action and owner list

How do we deliver it?

We set the scope and the three functions, run the interviews and document review, then rank the gaps and agree priorities with you in a workshop that ends with a ninety-day roadmap.

Operating model and organisation

Growth needs a structure strong enough to carry it.

When do you need it?

Growth or new activities, with a structure built for a smaller company.

What is the scope?

We design the target operating model for one entity across multiple departments: how decisions are made, who owns what, and how you move from today's set-up without disrupting delivery.

What do you receive?

  • Target operating model
  • Organisation design
  • RACI matrix
  • Phased transition plan

How do we deliver it?

We assess the current state, agree design principles and model options, then build the organisation, the RACI matrix and the transition plan through to sign-off.

Organisational structures and authorities

A clear structure, with authorities that don't overlap.

When do you need it?

Expansion or a merger. And overlapping authorities.

What is the scope?

Setting up the core departments of start-up and expanding companies, and building organisational structures, policies and procedures, authority matrices and approval workflows that fit the operating model and make responsibilities clear.

What do you receive?

  • Operating model
  • Organisation structure
  • Departmental mandates
  • Job descriptions
  • Policies and procedures
  • Authority matrix

How do we deliver it?

We review the company's strategy and operations, hold workshops with stakeholders, then build the target model and review approvals and the implementation plan.

Governance and delegations

If every signature runs through the CEO, growth stops there.

When do you need it?

Every decision waits for the CEO's signature, and authorities were never written down.

What is the scope?

For one entity: a delegation-of-authority matrix, approval workflows, a decision log and up to ten policies, built in workshops with leadership.

What do you receive?

  • Delegation-of-authority matrix
  • Approval workflows
  • Up to 10 policies
  • Decision log

How do we deliver it?

We inventory current decisions and authorities, design the delegation matrix, workflows and policies, then approve them with leadership and launch the decision log.

Operational feasibility and growth

Before you invest, test the assumptions.

When do you need it?

Before committing to an investment or launching a new activity.

What is the scope?

Three scenarios for one activity: transparent revenue assumptions, resource needs, an operating cost model and decision gates that set when to proceed and when to pause.

What do you receive?

  • Documented revenue assumptions
  • Resource and operating cost model
  • 3-scenario comparison
  • Decision gates

How do we deliver it?

We collect and challenge the assumptions, build the three scenarios and the resource and cost model, then present the decision gates to the board or investment committee.
