Operating model and organisation
Growth needs a structure strong enough to carry it.
- Scope
- One entity, up to 8 departments
- Indicative timing
- 6–10 weeks
- Progress measure
- One accountable owner per core process
Who it is for: CEO, CHRO or strategy lead
Illustrative scenario
A group adds new activities every year, and each department has designed its own way of working. The result: overlapping authority, duplicated roles and responsibilities nobody owns when pressure hits. The ambition is large, but today's structure was built for a smaller company. We co-design the target operating model for one entity and up to eight departments: how decisions are made, who owns what, and how you transition without disrupting delivery. We hand over the operating model, organisation design, a RACI matrix and a phased transition plan. Our target is a RACI where every core process has one clear accountable owner.
